| Teach the children to compromise and communicate with each other.

Tip 1 For Parents and Nannies:
When preparing to travel in the car with more than one child ALWAYS secure the older more mobile child safely in their car seat first. Never set the infant carry seat on the ground. Always place it safely on the back seat of the car while snapping older childs car seat. This will eliminate the possibility of the older child being in danger of other cars or strangers while you are busy caring for the baby or younger child.

Tip 2 For Parents and Nannies:
When stopping in to get coffee remember most all our favorite coffee shops will make chocolate milk for the kids. That is a safe and healthy choice for them. No risk of burns or caffeine related restlessness.

Tip 3 For Nannies
Be sure to always treat the parents with respect and speak highly of them to their children while they are at work. Modeling respectful behavior for the children will most likely result in the children treating the adults and each other more respectfully.

Tip 4 For Parents
Parents can set a wonderful example for your children by referring to your Nanny using a title like Miss or Mrs. with her first name. If you speak highly of your Nanny the children will see your warmth and they will perhaps learn to treat their Nanny in a warm and friendly manner as well. Your Nanny will appreciate this very much.

Tip 5 For Parents and Nannies
Be SAFE. Always use door locks, safety locks, high chair safety belts, and if the child can open the front door use the chain on the door. Lets keep these precious children safe.

| Tip 6 For Parents and Nannies
WHISPER... shhhh.. babies like a soft soothing voice...
Gentle touch and soft voice.
Children playing sports, CHEER as loudly as you'd like.
Cheer for and encourage those wonderful kids. |

Tip 7 For Nannies:
Set the coffee maker before you leave each night. If you like coffee, ask if you can make a big pot so there will be plenty for you to enjoy too.
Only when the children are settled of course.

| Tip 8 For Nannies and Parents
If you have car trouble and need to have your car towed REMEMBER to request that the tow truck company send an extra car for you and the children. Always stay with the children. Reassure them that you have help on its way and that you are there with them keeping them safe. |
| Tip 9 For Nannies and Parents Always keep a close track on the weather. There is no need to be unprepared.
