Family Friend Nanny Placement Service, Inc. We have been placing Nannies nation-wide for years. We work closely with you and your family to make the most loving care decision. After meeting with you and discussing your needs, we will recommend a Nanny or Nannies best thought to suit your family. We encourage you to interview her, and the final decision regarding employment is left in the hands of you and your family. We research and obtain the following information on every Nanny: - Personal face to face interviews totaling 4 hours
- Personal and professional references
- Education & employment history
- Driving record and insurance coverage
- Criminal record report and Social Security tracking
- Our 8 page Nanny application and personal profile
- 40 question suitability survey
Our Nannies come to you with: - Years of child care experience
- A minimum of a high-school education
- C.P.R. and first aid certification
- At least 8 hours of Nanny and in-home training
| Other Information: 1. We can provide a permanent "Day Nanny" employed by you for in-home care 10-50 hours weekly. There is a yearly placement fee of $1,000 (one thousand dollars). This yearly placement fee insures the following: - Retains our services for one year
- Replacement Nannies with no additional fee. Up to 2 replacements per year
- 24 hour Nanny-on-call for emergencies and special occasions
- Our office placement counselor attends the review of your Nanny
- Our monitoring the changing needs of you and your family
2. "Nanny-on-call" Membership to our monthly registry for emergency/back-up care. Monthly fees $100 (one hundred dollars). This is usually in addition to public daycare. A one year membership is complimentary with the placement of a permanent "Day Nanny." |
