Family Friend Nanny, Inc.'s program of backup childcare helps lower absenteeism, improve recruiting and retention, and supports employees who suffer from their co-workers' unscheduled absences. These unscheduled absences are due to family issues, primarily childcare related. On average, parents lose 12-18 working days each year to childcare related breakdowns. We also offer a Corporate Services Program for select companies to provide their employees access to our pool of highly qualified, thoroughly screened Nannies. The Nanny will come to the employee's home when a childcare emergency might otherwise prevent the employee getting to work or if for any reason the parents other childcare option is not available such as holidays.
How?
To become a corporate client with Family Friend Nanny, Inc., a company pays a semi annual registration fee. The size of the organization and the demographics of its employees determine the total fee. This fee covers caregiver recruitment, program promotion and periodic utilization reports. The registration fee is affordable for small companies, law firms and even schools. Caregivers and agency fees are paid in a variety of ways tailored to meet your organization's specific needs and budgets.
Option 1. A company may purchase a sufficient number of hours to accommodate its employees' anticipated childcare needs by providing them our service as part of the company's benefits package.
Option 2. A company through our Nanny-on-call service makes our Nannies available to the employees as needed through our website. This option is more affordable as the employees pay the Nanny an hourly rate. The company pays only the agency fee. Call Now!
